Perfect location, close to all necessary shops and a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Transport is also close with 2 bus stations and 2 train stations in walking distance. No anti social behaviour or traffic noise (6th floor street facing).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance has always responded to any issues with in a few days at the latest with staff being friendly and understanding with any and all issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Events. The events that take place gives the building a community feel and allows residents to engage with each other and with the staff.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shop down the road for small things which is very convenient. Close to larger super markets also. Huge variety of bars to go in all in walking distance and close to the fabulous Liverpool docks. On site parking is very convenient. Plenty of bin space for rubbish to be collected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently respond to any issues. Always keep tenants up to date and informed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Transport links are fantastic to the Wirral and moorfields close by to get to lark lane if needed!

It’s close enough to town to get to things by walking and not so close that you can hear the noise at night, perfect location with plenty of shops for little bits around, a few pubs and food places are close too. 5 minutes from Moorfields station!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised have been sorted very quickly for us

The building hosts monthly communal events and always has something fun going on!

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is great for us, as we’re city-centre but away from the noise of the clubs/nightlife. We are close to shops, and transport links with Moorfields station just round the corner.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have only had one small maintenance issue, which once reported was fixed within the hour!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I plan to stay here for a long time, and definitely will be making use of the painting service in the future. I do wish I’d taken advantage of this when we moved in

Very quiet area, there is a grocery store very close by, and the city center is very close, and restaurants are close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management works 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

I wish I had known about the building before I visited the Liverpool.
