    Very quiet, safe and nice area, little to no traffic. Very close to city centre and loads of shops around within 5 min walking distance

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes, very quick response times, less than 24 hours

    Nothing to mention really. All good, nothing to worry about

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The main good aspect is being near city center, having access to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. A few minuts walks to several bus/tram stops which gets you to anywhere you want. It is very close to Broadway street which gets very live and energetic during the weekends. The downside is the high rental prices which apply to every accommodation within the city centre area.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They were really responsible and replying very quickly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I would say, the water tank is relatively small so, for those having kids, water gets cold quickly if you do not care water consumption while your bath.

    Really nice little community! The team here are always willing to help and so friendly! Kyron is so receptive and out to help whenever we need him??

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We had some bits and bobs when we moved in which were fixed within a day of highlighting the problem!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Wish we knew a bit more about the inner workings of the flat, like how to set the heating etc ! But all fairly self explanatory!

    there have a spacious resident indoor area I used to held a birthday party for my little boy which is a memorable experience in Sherborne place. And close to the library and really convenience walking distance in Birmingham city centre.

    they always friendly and helpful , solve the problem

    it's a really good location in the town and nice walking distance

    Very close to big shops, cinema, gym and walkable to restaurants and bars. Feels very safe and easy access to public transport at Five Ways too

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Super quickly thanks to in house maintenance, really helpful

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Living on the main road can be a little loud due to construction across the road, but once that's finished it'll be perfect!
