    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I dont think it could be more convenient! We have shops and cafes - its so central we have the buses and trams - theres really nothing to complain about - its such a buzzy neighour hood!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have responded straight away and also a nice add on is that they check that I am satisfied afterwards.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would have liked to have known that I couldn't have a key for guests so it felt like a home.

    Amazing. We have several mini supermarkets and so many places to eat and drink. Very quiet! We can hear a bit of noise at weekends but nothing crazy! Super quiet in the week!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Super rapid response, always felt so incredibly supported!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I honestly can’t think of anything to raise, I don’t feel in the dark about anything!

    Great location in the centre of Ancoats. Lots of local bars and restaurants. Central to the city centre.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes - our dishwasher broke and Maia did everything she could to help speed the process along and rectify the issue

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Everything was covered so well I can’t think of anything!

    The area is vibrant and full of energy, yet it always feels safe and welcoming. The building itself is well-maintained and secure.

    Always there to help. Whenever we raise anything with anyone of the team especially Gabi they directly take action.

    How friendly the staff and the residents are here.

    The building it self is quite safe, with 24/7 security on site and the area of the building is central but feels safe at the same time

    They always listen carefully to what you need and what you are asking for, they have supported us throughout, thanks to Gabi, Ted, and Maia

    How easy going the people in the building from management to the people living in there
