-We have loved the garden, particularly the separate spaces for adult entertaining and good size lawn for our son to play 

-There are great views over the valley from the rear garden and although the rear garden is north facing, because of its elevation, it gets the sun all day.

- We have loved being so close to the town as well as having the fantastic country walks on our doorstep

- The local park is a hub for local families, great for children and great for exercising

-Hawkenbury is a quiet and often overlooked part of the town, but it has a proper community feel.

-Good local Pub and amazing butchers

- We are also only a 45 minute drive from the south coast and a 45 minute train journey to London.
