OUTSIDE.
The property is approached from the cul de sac to a parking area and a single garage with an electric roller door and store shed attached to the rear. Steps then lead through the well-stocked colourful terraced gardens to the front door. The majority of the garden lies to the south side of the property and is in the main laid to lawn and interspersed with profusely stocked shrub beds. The gardens take full advantage of the expansive and truly breathtaking sea and coastal views. There is a useful garden shed and summer house with terrace and steps that lead down to the road which in turn leads to the beach at Seaton Hole.

SITUATION.
Seascape is tucked away at the head of a quiet cul de sac and sits in a commanding position on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast at Seaton Hole. It is conveniently placed being within a short walk of the stunning secluded cove (which is about 500 yards away and can be accessed via a pedestrian gate from the garden), as well as having the quintessential fishing village of Beer close at hand and the town of Seaton which offers a wide range of everyday amenities. These include some lovely independent shops and eateries, doctors surgery, primary school and a large Tesco store. There is a golf course nearby in Axmouth and many stunning walks, both coastal and country close at hand. Seaton Tramway operates a heritage tram between Seaton and Colyton in East Devon's glorious Axe Valley, travelling alongside the River Axe Estuary through two nature reserves and giving unrivalled views of the abundant wildlife and birdlife.

The market town of Axminster is approximately 8 miles to the north-east and has a good variety of shops, schools and leisure facilities with mainline rail link to London Waterloo. The Cathedral City of Exeter lies about 24 miles to the west and has excellent shopping and sporting facilities, theatres, art centre, express rail link to London Paddington, international airport and M5 access.


DIRECTIONS.
From Seaton, take the B3174 Beer Road (west) out of the town and continue for about 0.2 mile, turning left onto Old Beer Road (by a large triangle of grass). After a short distance turn right onto Highcliffe Close and follow the cul de sac to the end where you will find the parking for Seascape.

PLEASE NOTE.
Please note that Old Beer Road at the bottom of the garden, has been closed since 2012 following a landslip. Search 'Seaton Beach Management Plan' for further information. This is likely to affect the ability for obtaining a mortgage. Seascape is accessed from the Seaton end of Old Beer Road, however it does have a pedestrian gate in the garden leading to the westerly side of the road giving access to the beach at Seaton Hole.
