Brighton is lovely. Parking is awful and council doesn’t provide residents parking for residents of this building

Parking is a nightmare and council won’t give you a residents permit for the area

This is 10 min walking from the main station and north lanes which has a lot of shops and nice cafes. Bin collections is regular and as expected my Triple glazed windows so you will barely hear anything outside.

Yes promptly. There is an app to raise requests accordingly

There are good events and it really does feel as a community.

Fantastic FOH. Dan and the team have a great attitude. Quiet building. Clean. Happy place. It would be even better if we had a garden 🪴

Usually swift to complete any issues. No difficulties.

Community utilities has a standing charge every month for water heating, which is quite high.

It's a brilliant central location in Brighton where we can be at the station in minutes or using lots of local amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly and courteously - all issues have been resolved within a few days

It's a very friendly community atmosphere and we've been made to feel very welcome.

For me is perfect location 6min from my work place, and like 15 min from my dance class. Very central train station,bus route, shops. Luckily i don't have a car, as unfortunately this is a car free development. Our windows so well insulated no noise coming in
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had some issues with moving to a different flat, took sometime resolve get back the deposit, and there were some miscommunication with that move,but got resolved, so all behind.
