Located 8 kilometers outside Humansdorp on the tar road to Hankey and only 21 kilometers from
Jeffreys Bay, this prime commercial livestock and animal feed farm is for sale as a going concern. This farm has tested negative for Food and Mouth Decease. The scenic farm consists of 550 hectares, 540 hectares of which are game fenced. The Kabeljauws River sneaks through the farm for 2 kilometers.

The current farming operations are beef cattle, Dorper sheep and production of animal feeds (tef,
sorghum, oats and lucerne). The farm is frost free and ideal for dairy and poultry farming,
The beef cattle (value of R1 661 000) consist of 70 cows (Droughtmaster/Senepol cross), 3 bulls and 77 calves. The current Dorper sheep number (value R950 000) is 563 which is made of 140 young lamb ewes, 8 rams, 78 hammels, 74 ewes with 83 lambs, 75 ewes currently lambing and counting and 90 ewes still to lamb.
Irrigation on the farm consists of 50 hectares under 3 pivots, 5 hectares under drag lines as well as 30 hectares suitable for dry land production. 13 hectares of arable land are still to be developed, which have already been measured. Centrally located on the farm there is a large dam, registered for irrigation with 46 000 cubic meters capacity. The farm has 3 registered bore holes with a total capacity of 42 cubic meters.

The farm consists of 18 grazing camps with fencing in excellent condition. Each camp has watering
points with cribs. There are 4 large stores on the farm, including a new steel construction structure 30 X 21 meters, 20 X 12, 10 X 6 and 11 X 7 meters. There are 25 kW solar panels installed. The dwellings on the farm consist of are a modern roomy house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 garages).
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk-in dressing area. Both the lounge (6 x 15 meters) and TV lounge (7 x 8 meters) each features its own fireplace, and the spacious stoep features a built-in braai. An established garden with a large, paved area in front of the garages leads to the electronic yard gate.
