    Everything is great!! Love the area and the surroundings. Everything is close by, especially the wide range of shops

    Yes, Darian was very helpful with any issues that came up

    That there is a fee for the movie theater which I thought was free of charge

    The good aspects are security and convenience to South Quay DLR. An inconvenience has been the frequent disruptions to the DLR especially over weekends

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Generally maintenance is very quick. Other queries (lease related) take longer

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that maintenance could enter my apartment without my consent. I was quite traumatised when this happened once and did not appreciate the general responses we received

    Nothing really, would recommend to people based on location if anything else.

    Everything you could ever need within a 5 minute walk. Shops, transport, parking and more coming to Canary Wharf alll the time

    Within hours and the issue is also resolved very quickly

    The air conditioning is poor compared to other similar developments
