Ref. E282 - Antique lavender farm in the mountains above Pigna, with the most panoramic and spatial view of the surrounding mountains and the sea. Looking south as if on an airplane, the view includes Baiardo, Perinaldo and the sea. The house is set in a large land plot of 6 hectares of rolling lavender grove and woods. On the land there are two houses, one of which has a guardian who looks after the property, this is some 70 meters from the main house from which it is not visible.

The main house is made in natural stone over two levels, it is antique and characteristic , with floors in terracotta and wooden beams, At ground floor level there is a sitting room with kitchen, laundry room and storage. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Attached to the house is a rustico of circa 20 mq which could be rebuilt and adjoined to add more space to the house.

At roughly 120 meters from the house are a group of rustici which in past times formed a small hamlet. These create the possibility of creating another house of 150 mq. The property is part of a consortium taking natural mountain water from the Sorgente di Monte Ceppo.
