Upstairs, on the first-floor landing, there is a window to the rear aspect, airing cupboard, loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and shower room. The two double bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes and have windows overlooking the front aspect. There third bedroom is at the rear, with a window looking over the garden and again with a bult in wardrobe. The shower room is fitted with a three-piece suite including WC, wash basin and shower cubicle.

At the side, there is a large area that they currently use for parking, with space for multiple vehicles and access to the rear garden via a side gate. Beyond here, there is a hardstanding area, currently home to a 12ft swimming pool. At the back of the plot, is an excellent size lawned garden, with a flowered archway linking back to a good size patio area outside the house currently used as a hot tub and BBQ area.
