Description
Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman
Newly constructed in 2021 this brilliant home offers all the benefits one would hope to find in a modern home thanks to its great energy efficiency, remaining NHBC, impressive presentation and large open plan living area. The added benefit for this home is its favourable location as it forms part of a lovely new estate positioned on the edge of Delamere forest.
Once through the entrance hall the property opens up into a spacious kitchen, dining and living room that makes clever use of the whole of the ground floor space. The kitchen is fitted with integrated white goods and enjoys an adjoining utility cupboard with fittings for both a washing machine and dryer. This connects through to the dining area with bench seating and onto the living area at the rear which receives plenty of natural light and provides direct access on to the South facing patio and rear garden.
The first floor houses two double bedrooms, both served by the family bathroom, whilst the third floor provides the principal bedroom with en suite shower room and a storage cupboard currently utilised as a large wardrobe.
Along with the 2,000 acre Delamere forest the development also benefits from the nearby railway station, on the Chester - Manchester line, a thriving village store and a well regarded pub restaurant.
With many features of merit and its high levels of presentation this property is sure to impress so for a personal description of the property or to arrange a viewing, please contact myself or the Gascoigne Halman Tarporley office.
