A word from the current vendors: 'Our family has really enjoyed living here for over 10 years our children are no longer children and it's now time for another family to enjoy it like we have! The location is fantastic as we're only a stone's throw from Epping Forest where country walks and cycling are particularly enjoyable. We're walking distance to the main high steet and only a further short walk away from Loughton Station which made the commute to work nice and easy! There's a very friendly and cosy local pub only 2 mins from us which is where we enjoyed a sunday lunch with the family from time to time! We sometimes do longer distance driving so to be so well connected to all the major roads is so convenient! The garden has proved to be a great little sunspot which tends to enjoy the summertime sun all day which is a great bonus! We have absolutely loved living here, but it's now time for us to move on.'
