El Paraíso is and has always been a place of retreat for prominent and wealthy personalities. In general, El Paraíso is an insider’s tip, but it is so popular because it offers the utmost privacy, peace and security, yet it is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of San Pedro (5 minutes), Puerto Banús (10 minutes) and Marbella City (15 minutes). The clear building regulations and the fact there are hardly any vacant plots, rules out further dense and uncontrolled development.

The entire surrounding infrastructure consists of beach clubs, restaurants, cafes, hotels, shopping centres, banks, international schools, as well as various tennis and golf clubs and yet you feel undisturbed in El Paraíso. Malaga international airport is 45 minutes away by car as is Gibraltar.
