maintenance rights for the drainage that run underground through the
paddocks.
BK316776 has a restrictive covenant to Lambrook School that says no buildings whatsoever can be erected on this land, and this area must be
used for Agricultural use. This means that the land on this title deed can not be used for residential, commercial or recreational uses even if planning permission was successful.
However, there are no restrictive covenants on the other area of land, title deed BK328433, so an incoming purchaser, subject to planning, can potentially build agricultural buildings or seek a change of use for this part of the paddocks.
