I am excited to announce my involvement in the re-launch of Peraleja Golf Resort! Having been one of the collaborating agents Twenty years ago, I have always believed in the incredible design and uniqueness of this project. Now, nearly two decades later, it's thrilling to see the resort approaching its full vision. The legendary golfer Seve Ballesteros played a key role in this initiative, and I'm eager to witness his vision come to life.

The golf course is anticipated to reopen in September or October of 2025, and work is progressing on the original villas that were previously left unfinished. The design not only challenges players but also provides an enjoyable and unique experience. Exciting plans for the resort include new projects and the creation of a beautiful nature reserve for leisurely walks, allowing guests to take in the breathtaking surroundings of the resort, the golf course, and the Mar Menor Sea.

The 'View' Clubhouse is absolutely stunning, featuring a large outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the golf course and the Mar Menor Sea. Adjacent to it is a charming bar housed in a cylindrical glass building, offering equally beautiful vistas of the course.
