São Martinho do Porto is a pearl in the silver coast. A small but beautiful village with shell-shaped bay, still retaining the charm of its old roots as a fishing town with small bungalows and narrow streets. It provides a calm waveless 3 km beach front with great accessibility, ideal for relaxing.
There are two less known beaches north, Gralha and Salgado, open to the Atlantic with larger waves, the last one famous as the paragliding capital of Portugal.
