Established in 1993, Elliotts was a concept to raise standards among Estate Agents as the result of the then the owners own experiences with Estate Agents in the area which had proved to be so poor. Elliotts quickly became one of the best known Agents in Hove. In 2002, two new Directors including Elliotts current MD, Brian Huggins, to build on the firm base that had been established, but also to take the company to the next level. Both Directors being leading figures in the Property world in Brighton and Hove and who were disillusioned with the agencies they were working for at that time, felt those companies were too large and simply target orientated. Also like many other agencies, they had a culture which seemed not to care at all about the people they were dealing with, or the standard of the service provided. Everyone behind Elliotts believed it could be done so much better and so it proved! Elliotts have gone from strength to strength and not only have one of the best reputations around but are also without question, one of the most successful. We still strive to continually improve and innovate.

Located in Church Road and at the top of First Avenue, our high profile offices are opposite St Johns Church, just past Palmeira Square, a location hand picked as it is one of the best sites in the city. Cars can pull up outside, and whilst we are in the very heart of central Hove, we are close to the Brighton/Hove border and only a short walk from the station. Brian joined in 2002 and has since grown Elliotts into one of the city's highest profile agents in the City.
