Idehurst Manor is situated in a superb rural location just outside the very sought after village of Wisborough Green, with its village shop/post office, primary school, St. Peter ad Vincula church, The Cricketers and Three Crowns pubs and Old Mill Cafe. There are various clubs and sports available in the village, including cricket and football. More facilities can be found at Billingshurst, about 4 miles to the east, with a mainline station and trains to Victoria and London Bridge (about 70 minutes) and to Gatwick Airport (about 40 minutes). The historic town of Petworth is about 4.5 miles to the west and Haslemere (about 14.5 miles to the north-west) has further shopping facilities and a mainline station to Waterloo (about 47 minutes). The larger towns/cities of Horsham (11.5 miles), Guildford (18 miles) and Chichester (19 miles) are all within fairly easy reach. Slinfold Golf and Country Club is about 7.5 miles to the north east and Cranleigh Golf and Country Club is about 13 miles to the north. Polo is played locally at Cowdray and Burningfold Polo Club. The Goodwood Estate (about 17 miles to the south west) offers much for the horseracing and motor racing enthusiast. The area has a wide choice of exceptional schools, including Wisborough Green Primary School, Seaford College, Cranleigh School, Pennthorpe Prep School, Longacre, Farlington, Christ’s Hospital and St Catherine’s. Gatwick Airport is about 27 miles to the north west
