PARKING There is one allocated parking space in the residents car park to the rear of the building which is a short walk down the side of the building past the bike and bin stores or can also be accessed by walking around the front of the building past the shops.

LOCAL AREA INFORMATION Brampton is a village in Cambridgeshire approx. 2 miles (3km) south-west of Huntingdon and lies with the Huntingdonshire district.

Brampton has associations with the diarist Samuel Pepys. Legend has it that his fortune is buried somewhere in the village and that he was known to have stayed at the Black Bull Inn in the village.

For nature lovers there is Brampton Wood, Hinchingbrooke Country Park and Portholme, which is the UK's largest meadow within the parish.

The village also has retail, medical, dental, veterinary services, Brampton Garden Centre, several public houses, Bowls Club, skate park, Memorial Playing Fields, football and cricket grounds, Huntingdon Racecourse and an 18 hole golf course.

Brampton has regular buses (route 66) to St Neots, Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon and Tesco Supermarket. There is access directly out onto the A1 and A14 as well as a sort 15min drive to St Neots and the A428. The nearest rail service is at Huntingdon railway station1.5 miles (2.5 km) to the east.
