Upon entering the property, you'll find that the covered terrace has been enclosed by the current owners to create an additional living space, which has occasionally been used as a spare bedroom. This room benefits from direct access to the private garden through French doors. From here, we enter the main living area, which also features patio doors that lead onto the garden, as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan for comfort.
