The design of the building is beuatiful and well thought out . I have made so much use of the working from home hub as it provides a large shared working table with the option of having a small private booth when you need less distraction. wich was perfect for me ! The gym is beautifully designed and suprisingly there is always space. Ive never been to the gym and not been able to use the equipment which is what I worried about before moving in.

The development is good, with new furnishings and smart home tech. The design is very renter friendly with lots of storage space. The most amazing part of Alma is their community and team aspect. The team at alma are super helpful, no matter the issue they are always here to help. It brings a more welcoming and homely atmosphere to building. I also appreciate all the community based activities! A great way to interact with our neighbours and connect more with the community.

Design/Facilities No.26 has a very modern and appealing design to it. It's noticeable as soon as you enter the reception, with a lounge area downstairs, dog treats outside of the entrance to the elevators. The study area has also been well thought out with really nice seating and also comes equipped with monitors that are free for residents to use. Recently they have introduced a pool table that can be used by the residents, which is a nice touch. The building has two rooftop terraces, which are really nice in the summertime. The walls and windows of the flat are very well sound insulated, so bar any loud noises from your next door neighbour, you should be concerned about noise pollution or making it yourself. The WiFi is great within the flat, and we've never had any problems with it cutting out or being slow! Depending on which Flat layout you choose, some can come with a utility room, which is very helpful for storage. the wardrobes are also fitted with motion sensor lights, which are a really nice design touch and there is ample storage four clothing and other items (food, miscellaneous). There is also a dedicated bike storage unit, which is very secure, so there are no concerns with bike thefts. Building/property management The number 26 team are very friendly, quick to respond and go above and beyond to make the building feel like a home for its residents. Any issues with the lighting, plumbing and other electrical items that come with he flat are generally fixed or replaced same-day or next day, by the building's mechanic. The cleaner, Jose, is extremely friendly and does an amazing job at keeping the communal areas of the building looking immaculate. The team celebrate holidays of all cultures and will leave out food to celebrate occasions for its residents, including - Eid, Diwali, Easter and Christmas, which is really thoughtful. They team also allow you to rent out communal areas like the common room and rooftop terraces for private functions of your choosing and are very good at making the residents aware of when these areas have been booked out. In general, the management team are very good about keeping the residents up to date with any important updates. The night staff take their job very seriously, and do not allow non-residents to 'tailgate' residents into the building or delivery drivers to enter with face covers or helmets on, so security is not a concern. They are also hot on policing residents who are making excessive noise after-hours. Hafeez, Kouloud, Habab and Hannah are all very friendly and we have built friendships with them over the three years we have lived in No 26, they're all very personable and will go out of their way to help you.

Good place to stay !!

The Marches is a good & comfortable place to live in. The property management team are friendly and always available to help. The team also plan activities on a regular basis to try & engage the residents more. Also appreciative of the convenience of the bin chute facility alongwith the cardboard recycling.

Well-appointed apartments designed for renters

Ebb and Flow is designed for renters, and living here is free of hassle. Selection of the apartment and the moving in process were easily done thanks to the expert assistance of Veronique. The apartments are spacious and uncluttered. The facilities are comprehensive.
