The maintenance contribution of £134.54 per week is payable by direct debit. The amount is reviewed by the Trustee annually.

The maintenance contribution is the charity's only source of revenue; Nottingham Community Housing Association as trustee is not allowed to subsidise the cost of running the homes.

The first months rent must be paid in advance and will be apportioned as necessary should your Landlord require future rent payments on the first of the month. This being the case should your tenancy commence on or following the 15th of the month, you will be required to pay the remainder of that month in addition to the following months rent. Your direct debit will commence on the 1st day of the second month.

Almshouses are allocated to people who are facing housing or financial difficulty.

The successful applicants will be chosen by the Trustee and the decision is at the Trustee's discretion. Priority will be given to those in housing need.
