The staff at The Point have been incredibly helpful in making our move-in experience smooth and helping us settle into life in Aberdeen. Phill and Reuben, in particular, have gone above and beyond—always approachable, friendly, and quick to lend a hand whenever needed. Their consistent support and welcoming attitude have made a real difference in helping us feel at home. The Point’s close proximity to grocery stores, pubs, bars, and restaurants is a major advantage, making everyday life incredibly convenient. Having so many amenities just a short walk away truly enhances the living experience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised have been resolved within a 24 hour window. Very pleased with that service

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is fantastic, beautiful views from the roof terraces. Super friendly staff (shout out to Phil and Rueben). The maintenance staff are very accommodating and any issues are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The only downside would be the lack of parking available in and around the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management are extremely helpful and deal with any issues immediately!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how many activities, events and breakfast clubs were hosted here before I moved in, as these have been super helpful for us in getting to know other residents!

In my local area the shops are so close by and everything is very central however it can be a bit noisy. There is the Union Terrace Garden close by which is perfect for when the weather is good and we have a shopping centre around a 2 minute walk away which is so convenient on the weekends.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team has consistently responded promptly, politely, and attentively whenever an issue arises. They go above and beyond by considering related aspects I wouldn’t have thought to address, which I truly appreciate—it saves me from having to follow up later.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The one thing I wish I knew before I moved in is that the building can get quite warm through the summer however this does not affect me too much as I enjoy the heat.

A place you could call home, amazing community, top tier staff, the location is pretty good as well since you’re close to the center so pretty much everything is near by

I haven’t had any problems, they’d manage to solve whatever problems the building has before I even notice them such as minor maintenance work
