5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is close to arndale and Deansgate, and whilst there aren't many shops or restaurants directly around the building, it looks like they are potentially being built? so something to look forward to - no parking space but I am on the waitlist.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
really well - very quick and super friendly at the desk
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
great experience - would have been nice to see the exterior/terrace and how the mail and post room works, however I was shown this on move in day

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy access to Victoria station - 10 min walk, this means I can roll out of bed to head to work. No noise and a quiet area which is great considering this is central Manchester. Aldi 12-15 min walk away as well as having a small Sainsbury’s 2 min walk away for essentials!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded immediately every time and then the issue got sorted straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing to know, perhaps more info on the parking situation

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’m a new tenant and absolutely loving it so far! The area has a great range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, with plenty of choices for food and essentials. There are some lovely green spaces nearby, perfect for walks and relaxing outdoors. Transport links are generally convenient, with reliable buses and train services, though rush hour can get quite busy. Parking is usually available, but it can be a challenge at peak times. Bin collections are regular and well-managed. The street is mostly quiet, with little traffic noise, and I haven’t noticed any issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to live so far!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and helpful, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently whenever needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I love the development, but I do wish the terrace was placed higher to offer better views. It’s something you don’t really consider until you’ve moved in. Otherwise, everything has been great! A tip for new neighbours—get to know the best local spots early on!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A great location! I have moved from Deansgate which was out the way whereas here I have everything I need. I love the facilities and my apartment. I have just moved in and the team have been great!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes I have just moved in and they have been really helpful and welcoming
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Wish I knew about the pans not working on the job but it’s my own fault not reading thoroughly enough!

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location and the property looks fantastic. Clean in the main areas just the car parking which is filthy with Xmas tree in the stairwell since December and urine from dogs everywhere
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When I did have a problem it was resolved but this was when I first moved in when things were quiet and was more manageable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The staff turnover being so high. Even had one staff member knock on my door at 3am and then realised he got the wrong apartment ..
