    I am a PhD student at the University of Birmingham. For the past few years, I have been living in student accommodation near the university. However, I feel it's time to move into a professional apartment building like Moda-Mercian. I will be starting work soon, and I need more exposure to professionals and to experience true modern metropolitan living.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building manager, Charlotte, greeted me at the front desk. She was very welcoming, and her smile instantly made me feel like this was home.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I can’t find out anything I need know so far. Thank you!

    Living in this apartment has been a fantastic experience, especially due to its excellent location. The transport links are incredibly convenient—there’s a bus stop right outside, and I can take any bus route to reach the University of Birmingham without any hassle. The frequency is so good that I hardly ever have to wait.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are all very nice, especially Charlotte who is the whole building leasing manager .

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There’s nothing I should know. The rent agreement is very clear.

    They tried their best to help me. They replied the email very quickly.

    It is the best apartment in Birmingham and it’s the pet friendly.

    Good - Location, Ammenities, restaruants, bars, walk to work, nightlife, ease of commuting to absolutely anywhere in the country etc etc etc

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Every time Rob has been hot on it, no job to big or small and he is super quick at getting back to us - super professional and kind - Molly and Charlotte make the whole process so easy also

    Wish I had known how comfy the beds were or how fun it is living there take the leap the place is wicked woooooo

    Moving from Vita Student to Moda has been a truly transformative experience. While the price point is similar, the difference in the living space is night and day. The sheer size of the apartment in Moda is a welcome change.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have some problem now, the communication in the beginning, but finally they reserve the problem effectively.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I have a view with my apartment before I moved in, and I have Nothing required before I moved in.
