5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
battersea is a vibrant place with large shopping malls and parks, as well as convenient amenities. It's next to the U.S. Embassy, so it's very safe. There is also a train station and tube station, making it easy to get to all parts of London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team of the flat is very friendly and prompt in solving problems
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The flat will send you handbook to let you know about the various facilities of the flat.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is great. Lots of services/restaurants/bars within 5-10 minute walk. Being close to Northern line is great for getting into the city. We live towards the front of the building and the main road is fairly loud if we have the terrace doors open. We can slightly hear the very loud/obnoxious vehicles with the doors closed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management were unresponsive in my only attempt to contact them
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The "hireable" rooms on the 17th floor were a big sell for us but we used them once and found out as part of booking: - we could not play our own music - the lights have only one setting - very bright - we had to be silent from 10pm as people on the 16th floor complain about noise. - the rooms are very expensive to hire (most are £500+) I would've expected the lane pool in Bloom West to open earlier than 9am so people could do a pre-work swim. Plus, it was closed for 6 months over winter. It was decided the best time to close the Bloom East pool for 1 month for maintenance was just as the weather started getting nicer in April and May. It's rare to find the 3 lifts by reception in East all working at the same time. It sometimes goes to just 1 lift so plan for 2-5 minutes of waiting for the lift when leaving the building.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close by to a station, Battersea power station and lots of restaurants. Also very close to a park which is really convenient. The area feels safe and there is great little to no traffic noise at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always been very helpful to attend to any questions or issues we have had with the flat since moving. Owein has been extremely helpful!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
An induction of how to use all of the facilities would be really helpful for new tenants moving in. Particularly on the heating and cooling.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Nine Elms area has grown into a vibrant, well-connected part of London. There are excellent transport links via Vauxhall and the new Northern Line extension. Local shops and cafes are modern and well-kept, and there’s a nice mix of parks and riverside walks. The downside is that some construction is still ongoing in the area, which occasionally causes noise or minor inconvenience. But overall, it’s a lovely and dynamic place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been generally responsive and helpful. On the rare occasions I needed support (such as with mail deliveries or maintenance questions), they replied promptly and took practical steps to resolve the issue. The concierge team is friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference in daily life.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how peaceful the area actually is at night. Despite being close to Vauxhall and central London, the noise levels are minimal and it’s a surprisingly quiet and safe environment. Also, the lighting in the hallway could be brighter during late evenings.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is great access to food and shops with multiple grocers and the Battersea Power Station within just a few minutes. There are green spaces nearby, the Thames Riverwalk across the road, and Battersea Park a 10 minute walk away. It also has great access to transport being 5 minutes from Battersea Power Station. The only negatives are traffic and construction noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
With the sole exception being the automated entrance doors, management has been extremely responsive and helpful, particularly with any issues inside the unit. Response times have been
