5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have heard that some cars have been broken into but apart from that I love Leith it’s a really vibrant part of the town and I love how close I am to the water front
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly! I locked myself out and was back into my home in minutes!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They were really not upfront about the wifi it’s very expensive for what I need (£40 when I was on an £18 co tract) I think that was quite bad taste and to not allow other companies to operate it’s really bad taste. There was no manual or leaflet when I moved in so have had to figure out a lot of things by myself even a map would have been useful.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nice area of Leith, short walk to the shore where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Near a few Tesco's express, the shortest one is about 5 minutes walk. Good transportation links via bus or tram
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues have been raised with management yet. But talking to neighbours this seems to be okay
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good- A link to WhatsApp groups with other renters on the day of arrival made meeting new people very easy. Bad- when viewing it was mentioned that there would be yoga and kickboxing classes but they are not allowed to pay a coach so this will not be happening (not really an issue for me)

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are plenty of amenities and transport nearby. Bin storage smelly and outside bins there’s litter all over. Lots of traffic noise by the road, there are roads all around. Parking can be difficult at times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Matt from maintenance repaired marks on our walls. He recommended window covers to help darken rooms since the blinds aren’t blackout as stated. He noted many marks and scratches around the apartment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wished we were told it was a busy road, we were told it was a quiet area. Also that the blinds weren’t blackout. Information surrounding the area, transport, parking, maintenance queries should all be given and be factual, not just made up on the spot. Management need to have a set list of answers to questions so everyone is given the same information.

Conveniently located near Pilrig Park and walking distance from Leith road. Bus stop is right beside and you can get on the tram from leith road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not raised any issues yet. From what I have heard from the neighbours they provide prompt and quick service.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Local area is good, lots of coffee shops and bars all within easy walking distance. Very well connected lots of good transport links. Bin collections are fine. No traffic noise
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I raised a call and they had someone out the next day to fix it before I was home from work
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Other than maybe updating the welcome pack nothing I would improve!
