Description

Charolais Gardens, Rugby, is a new collection of 357 one and two bedroom rental apartments laid out over four buildings which overlook a newly created landscaped
open space. It has been designed and built to give an atmosphere of calm and tranquillity, benefitting the local neighbourhood and community, while also creating new
habitats for wildlife. The site was the location of the historic cattle market and its transformation into a unique rental residential space is an example of the growth and regeneration of Rugby town and the neighbouring countryside.

The development is just a stone's throw from Rugby mainline station and around half a mile from the town centre. Adjacent, a Tesco Express provides daily
conveniences, while a more comprehensive selection of local shops, national chain stores and supermarkets can be found in the town centre along with a range of
culturally diverse restaurants, cafés and pubs. Within 5 minutes' drive is the new Elliot's Fields shopping park with an enticing collection of retail stores.
With the proximity of the station and having a Midlands location, Charolais Gardens is ideally located for commuting to both North and South. Fast and frequent services reach London Euston in approximately 50 minutes and Birmingham in 35 minutes, with wider access to the North East and Scotland. The M1 and M6 motorways nearby allow easy access to the rest of the UK. Birmingham and London airports are all easily accessible, most within an hour.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a decent range of local shops and cafes, and there are some pleasant green spaces nearby. Public transport links are fairly good, with buses and trains within walking distance. However, parking is a major issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

New Street Station and several bus stops are only a few minutes away on foot, making public transport highly convenient. Driving in the area is also straightforward. The local area has a great selection of shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance—but just far enough to keep the building and street peaceful and quiet. The local neighbourhood feels safe and the local community is friendly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management actually made us aware of a few, very minor snags with our new build at move-in and proactively arranged for the in-house maintenance team to fix them. Their communication and responsiveness have been excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to note is that although driving is easy, the area feels like you're in the heart of the city—so expect occasional congestion during peak times or difficulties in finding suitable parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location location location! Absolutely brilliant. Literally a minutes walk all your needs including train station into city centre, a minutes walk to local discounted health and sports centre, a few minutes walk to local supermarket markets and fabulous choice of bars and restaurants. Finnieston is a lovely and vibrant area with so much to do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

First class service! If I have had any queries or queries these have always been responded to immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are in an immaculate condition we love the layout of the rooms - we really like the interior colour schemes and choice of interior furniture and fittings is brilliant. Really easy to maintain and keep clean and tidy. It’s also great to have Julie located on site and on hand to deal with issues - very friendly and welcoming in helping me and my wife settle in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

B5 Birmingham offers great shops, restaurants, and bars, especially in Digbeth and the Chinese Quarter. Transport links are excellent, with nearby train stations and buses, though traffic congestion is common. Parking is limited, bin collections are regular, and nightlife is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very fast response from the in house management and staff

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing all good on my part. Great location and amenities
