    Excellent Access to the city center and city central station, as well as an easy journey to the vibrant bay.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have had blessedly few maintenance issues but what few we have encountered have been dealt with clearly and swiftly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How easy the process would be. We were stressing out quite a lot prior to the move and it wasn't really necessary, everyone was a delight.

    Living at Platform Cardiff has been a great experience overall. The location is ideal, with a range of local shops, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance. The quality and variety are impressive, especially for dining options, making it easy to enjoy a night out without going far. Transport is incredibly convenient, with train and bus stations nearby, which makes commuting a breeze.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t experienced any major issues, and any minor concerns we had were resolved immediately. The management is proactive with regular maintenance and repairs throughout the building—covering essentials like windows, locks, lights, and boilers—and always keeps us informed ahead of time via email. Their attention to detail and responsiveness have made living here worry-free and very comfortable.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how much of a difference good management can make. Their attentiveness creates a stress-free living environment, and the social events they organise really help you connect with others. This has been invaluable in easing the transition to a new city. It’s a fantastic way to meet people and build a sense of community right from the start!

    The best to happen at Platform this year is the opening of the Co-op store on ground level. It has made grocery shopping a breeze. The gym is my favourite facility, catering to most fitness needs with a clean and sanitised environment.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are always on time with the fixtures, and the team makes sure you are on the same page as them to avoid any confusions.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that the terrace is a non-smoking zone.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Very close to city center and train station. Close to cavc so civilised people around. Minimal traffic noise. Space for bin collections but some residents don’t obey rules while throwing their rubbish. The rents are a little bit high for that little apartments.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are very helpful and kind. Sometimes it takes long to solve problems but i am glad to have a maintenance team

    Calm and peaceful apartments. Small but cosy. Very close to train station

    Seems to be a lot of homeless people around doing drugs which makes it unsafe for everyone else specially children and people who work late at night

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I raised a problem for my shower taps which they took a bit of time for but they fixed it and i never faced that issue again

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That we can’t break the contract in between as when we were booking we were told that we can.
