It took a long search to find this flat, and we have loved having it as our home. We are leaving as we are moving out of London, and we hope the next owner will enjoy living here as much as we have.

The flat is on a quiet private road, on the first floor of a small block of six. The neighbours are friendly, and children often play in the shared gardens.

The flat has two bedrooms - a very large master bedroom with Juliet balcony, and a good sized second bedroom . Both are flooded with light from the tall windows, and look out over the green shared gardens.

There is a large open plan kitchen/living room, providing a versatile reception room. The room opens onto a balcony, letting in lots of light and providing a lovely space to sit for breakfast on a sunny day.

The flat has a particularly large bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and sink. There is a large storage cupboard off the hallway.

The road is quiet and residential, while the development is exceptionally well served by transport links. Wood Green station is only a few minutes walk away, as are connections to multiple bus routes. Alexandra Palace station is close, and there is covered bike parking available in the development. Only blue badge parking is permitted in the development. You can apply to purchase visitor permits for family and friends to park on surrounding roads.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, a shopping mall and more just a few minutes away. Alexandra Palace, with its events, beautiful green space and dramatic views of the London skyline, is close by.
