The total managed industrial portfolio is in excess of 12 million square feet.

LCP’s head office is based at their flagship 2.3 million sq.ft Pensnett Estate in Kingswinford, which is one of the largest secure industrial estates in Europe. Other properties are located throughout the UK in key locations such as Erskine Estate, Liverpool, Avonbridge, Bristol, Sheffield, Enterprise City, Derby and Milton Keynes.

LCP manages nearly 10m sq.ft over 380 retail assets across the UK with over 3,250 tenants ranging from independent traders to large multinational operators.
