    Very beautiful little village and very close to a few train stations that take you straight into london for work, making it ideal for young professionals!

    Any issues that were raised, and there were minimal, have been dealt with in a very timely manner

    The local area is quaint and picturesque with lots of local amenities, pub, coffee shop, supermarket and school just a short walk away!

    Nothing to report everything seems great the development is nice the village is great as well, plenty of shops parks etc

    We have not had any issues so far but anything we have needed to know has been explained perfectly

    Having lived in Coggeshall before , the selection of pubs, shops and restaurants plus walks are in abundance as they have always been in our opinion

    Very nice and peaceful place. Near the station and the highstreet. Our property is in between Braintree and Colchester. So many amenities at hand

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Its fine but im still waiting for them to check on another issue i have raised.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    No issues, I just want the management to check the if they can already repair the storage.
