21st Century improvements of note include four newly fitted bath/shower rooms and a nicely modernised kitchen and utility room; these have been appointed in such a way as to accentuate the character of the building, which is refreshing to see in a renovated Listed property.

Weeley Train Station is just a 350-meter walk from the house where a service to London Liverpool Street runs with a journey time of around 75 minutes.

Colchester City centre is 13 miles from the property with the beach front towns of Clacton and Frinton both being around seven miles away.
