The front door opens into an entrance hall, with a storage cupboard and cloakroom. The sitting room is a lovely dual aspect room, with an open LPG coal effect fire and a door to the study. Glazed wooden doors lead from the sitting room into the dining area, which has glazed doors opening into the conservatory, which overlooks the garden. The dining room is open to the fitted kitchen, which includes an extensive range of fitted cupboards and central island, with integrated appliances and a lovely granite worktop. A door opens to the garden and a further door opens into the utility room, which has some fitted cupboards, a butler’s sink and a point for a washing machine and with a door opening into the integral garage. The garage is a good size and is accessed via an electrically operated up and over door. From the entrance hall an easy staircase rises to the first floor landing with access to a useful loft and doors to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The main bedroom is a good size, with lovely rural views, a range of fitted wardrobes and a door to the en suite shower room. There are 3 further double bedrooms, all with pleasant outlooks and a well fitted family bathroom.
The property is approached through a large front garden over a gravel entrance drive giving a very warm welcome to the house and provides parking for a number of cars and gives access to the garage with steps to the front door. There is a mature hedge to one side and, on the other side, beds planted with a variety of shrubs and plants and with an automatic watering system. There is a garden shed to one side and an area for bin storage and the oil tank. A path leads around the side of the house to the rear garden, which is west facing and very private, being walled on 2 sides and with open westerly views over the adjacent farmland and to the Holy Trinity Church. This includes paved terracing, an area of lawn, various shrubs and plants, and with steps to a raised sun terrace. In all the property extends to about 0.2 of an acre.
