I'd say it's perfect if you want the west end and Glasgow Central! However, there is a current lack of big stores but know this will develop more as the area gets developed
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Overall they are fast and efficient I know there's a few issues outside the managements control and are based on contractors like outside doors, besides that the staff are great!!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think the main thing id like to know prior was more transparency of what the team can do and what is outside their control so people don't complain about things they cant control

Living in my local area has its pros and cons. On the positive side, there’s a good range of local shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, offering decent variety and quality. There are also some nice open spaces and parks nearby which are great for relaxing or walking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally been responsive to issues, addressing maintenance problems within a reasonable timeframe. However, communication could be clearer and more proactive, especially when delays occur or follow-ups are needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that there is no dedicated parking for most units and only a limited number of spaces are available, which makes parking very challenging.

Living in my local area has many advantages. The building is modern and well-equipped, with great facilities like a gym and dining space. The location is also excellent – it’s close to the city centre, so I can walk there easily. There are bus and train stations nearby, and plenty of local shops and services within walking distance. The only downside is that the cost of living here can be a bit high, but overall it’s a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is responsive and helpful. Whenever an issue comes up, they usually handle it quickly and professionally. They’re approachable and always willing to listen, which makes living here feel well-supported.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known in advance about the higher utility and service charges. While the overall experience is great, it would’ve been helpful to better understand the full monthly costs before moving in.

The location is great, very handy for the city centre (a 10-20 minute walk depending on where you're headed) and I'm not bothered by any excessive traffic noise or other noise disturbances. I also like that its right by the river, which is lovely for a walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have responded promptly to any issues, but there haven't been any big problems.

Nothing bad to say to be honest, it's everything I had hoped for and a wee bit more.
