Location - Barton in the Beans is located just to the North of Market Bosworth. In the sitting area there is a wood burning stove.
Utility - 3.68m x 1.73m (12'1" x 5'8") - The utility is fitted with units to match those in the kitchen. There is a sink unit, plumbing for a washing machine and back door to garden.
On The First Floor - The glass balustrade staircase rises from the reception hall to the first floor landing.
Galleried Landing - A glass balustrade runs along the gallery. Opening off the landing are the bedrooms.
