• Residents are not permitted to install any aerials or satellite dishes on the property.
• Residents are not permitted to affix, exhibit or paint, nameplate, advertisement, notice board on any window or wall of the property or any part of the development other than a sign to indicate that the house is for sale or to let, which can be displayed in the window of the flat.
• Residents are not permitted to leave or store any refuse or bins in the communal areas.
• Do not park any vehicle other than motor cars or bicycles on the designated parking area. The vehicle should be taxed and in a roadworthy condition.
• Bulky items that are no longer required by any resident are not to be left by the bins or any other part of the development. The refuse collectors will not remove bulky items from a development. Alternative arrangements need to be made by the individual resident.
