LOCAL AREA INFORMATION Swavesey is a village lying just 9 miles North West of Cambridge and 3 miles from St Ives surrounded by greenland.

This property is within 200 yards of the village pub serving home cooked food and village coffee shop serving coffee and snacks and within walking distance to Fen Drayton Lakes nature reserve. The community also has a pavilion set on the village green which holds events throughout the year, adjacent to a children's play area and open playing field.
