Tenant Fees for New Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs)

  • Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent (to reserve the property).
    Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including guarantors) withdraws, fails a Right-to-Rent check, provides false or misleading information, or fails to sign the agreement within 15 calendar days (or an agreed alternative deadline).
