    It is only a short walk away from the city centre shops. It’s also conveniently only a 2 min walk away from Moorfields train station.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Everything was dealt with promptly although we didn’t have many issues

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    If I could go back in time I’d make the most of all the events put on

    Easy to park, lots of parking available, really close to nice restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the city centre. Pall Mall Press is close enough to be convenient, but far enough away from being disturbed by the loud city centre noises at night. Shops and convenience stores are within walking distance,

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues we have raised have been dealt with promptly and the professionally

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    To always make sure that if you have a problem, just go down and talk to the staff because they’ll do everything to fix it and are always timely in doing so

    Living in this part of Liverpool has been such a great experience! Theres a fantastic mix of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, especially around the business district and Castle Street! The area feels really safe, with hardly any anti social behaviour or noise. Plus having a secure private car park for residents is such a bonus in the city centre!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management have been excellent in responding to any issues. They're quick, efficient, and always friendly!! Whether it’s a maintenance request or a general query, everything is dealt with promptly :)

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The view from our apartment is unreal (we're on the 18th floor) waking up to those stunning city and dock views never gets old!! It's also crazy how quiet the building is despite being in the city centre!

    The local area is lovely. The building is situated just outside the business district, so mainly full of commuters during the week, and quiet at the weekends! It’s in the perfect area just on the outskirts of all the hustle and bustle, yet a 5 minute walk to castle street for a night out! There is a couple of local bars, which do sometimes play live music on special occasions but is very rare and is always usually stopped by midnight - has never ever impacted us, and serve great beer! The guys down the road who run pall mall express (convenience store) are also lovely and stock those last minute items you need after holiday or a late night snack!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Out of our year tenancy here we have only ever had 2 issues and both were at the very start, and were only due to the apartment being recently completed (no one had lived here prior). Reception and maintenance were excellent in ensuring our issues were resolved ASAP.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I think the area is something you can’t necessarily gauge from a typical viewing, and sometimes the internet can give misleading information. When I say I haven’t had a single issue living in this area I mean it, as a young female the area is extremely safe and surprisingly quiet for a city centre!

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Perfect location, close to all necessary shops and a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Transport is also close with 2 bus stations and 2 train stations in walking distance. No anti social behaviour or traffic noise (6th floor street facing).

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Maintenance has always responded to any issues with in a few days at the latest with staff being friendly and understanding with any and all issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Events. The events that take place gives the building a community feel and allows residents to engage with each other and with the staff.
