Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is really convenient about 5 minutes from the bus station and its just 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop. There are lots of shops, places to eat plus the reception has a lot of menus and brochures so theres always something new to explore.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They're relatively fast in responding to issues and are understanding but it's just harder to fix things when it's out of their control.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Details on guest parking, it's pretty inconvenient to find parking around here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal location right next to the city centre and very close to the bus station. Considering it is so close to the train tracks with trains going past regularly the noise doesn't bother us at all! You can barely hear them when the windows are closed. We sleep with our windows open and they still don't bother us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We only had 1 small problem when we first moved in (smoke alarm needed batteries replacing so was beeping) Joe came and replaced the batteries straight away and we haven't had any issues since.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, we were made aware of everything before moving in and haven't had any issues since!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building a short walk from the city centre, giving a variety of shops and bars. The location provides me with various transport options to get to work and is an easy walk to Leeds train station. The area is a relatively quiet area despite the traffic but that was expected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly to our issues. There is also an app to log problems making it quick and easy to report an issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish there were a few more plugs in the living area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A close and easy walk to the city centre! Not too many shops being next door, most required less than 10 mins walk. Haven’t been exploring bar around but I heard there’s a craft beer place around the corner. There’s a street close to the building have lots of drug users, so I avoid walking closer there when sun goes down, so far I didn’t have any problems. Would prefer if the building could arrange some sports (other than running - it’s not suitable for people with bad knees) activities, yoga/pilates/Hiit etc. with our nice gym facilities. Would really wanna join some social events, sadly I had to miss the first pub quiz night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly. I didn’t make any formal suggestions in the sports part yet, only had a brief conversation with one of the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a dodgy street across the road & it’s next to a huge blocks of (former?) council house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to the city centre, and there’s plenty to do around such as visiting the museum. There’s also a nice canal to go and relax by as well as plenty of shops only a walking distance away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have dealt with all the issues that I have had quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how hot it can get during summer.
