    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    They are building a Sainsbury's downstairs which will be really useful! But finnieston which is lovely is only a 10 min walk - also great views of the river and easy to get around Glasgow.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are good but I am waiting to hear back on the issue raised - communication could be better via email etc.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing really, it's as expected a new build that is modern - good place to live as we relocated to Glasgow and it's a great location for getting to know different parts of the city.

    Staff are quite helpful. It feels like home. The security is excellent and having a gym make it icing on the cake to stay at Platform

    More parking would be a plus and more bars/ restaurants nearby would be beneficial. The local shop being a short wall away is good. Having a dog walker/ daycare nearby would be a huge benefit.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have not raised any problems or issues but they respond quite quickly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The development noise levels nearby but that cannot be helped and is over now.

    The immediate area does not have a vast amount of anything, we are quite limited but as new developments come in around us that will improve, in any case we are a 20 minute walk from everything you could want so that balances it out, I have moved from the bridge side of the complex to the river side and the traffic noise has improved considerably

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team have tried their very best to fix any issues I have had, I feel that they have a heavy workload and cannot attend immediately which is understandable

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I would have wanted to know more about the parking/ bin collection/ utility billing

    Living in Platform_ in Glasgow has its ups and downs. On the positive side, there are plenty of local shops, restaurants, and bars offering a good range of options. The quality is generally high, and there's something for everyone. Open spaces are accessible, providing a nice escape for relaxation or exercise. Transport links are convenient, with buses and trains making it easy to get around the city. However, parking can be a bit tricky, especially during busy times. Bin collections are regular, but traffic noise can be noticeable at peak hours. Overall, it's a lively area with a welcoming community.

    The building management has been responsive and efficient in addressing any issues I've raised. They act quickly and keep me informed throughout the process, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly.

    Before moving into Platform_ in Glasgow, it would have been helpful to know about the vibrant local community and the variety of amenities nearby. The area offers great transport links and plenty of shops and cafes, making it convenient for daily needs. It's a lively place with lots to explore, and the neighbours are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience.
