Salisbury has an excellent range of educational, recreational, leisure and shopping facilities which combine with a twice weekly market and trunk roads from the City provide access to nearby centres as well as the A303 which provides direct access to the east and the Thames Valley corridor in addition to the West Country.
Ebblefield has well maintained front and back gardens. The front drive has recently been improved and provides off-road parking for several vehicles and leads to the large garage with an electric door. The south facing rear garden is accessed via the corridor between the utility room and garage as well as from the conservatory and is laid to lawn. There are well established flower borders and a variety of shrubs and trees. There is a useful bin store area down the left side of the property leading from the back door.

From Salisbury proceed in a southerly direction towards Coombe Bissett and on reaching the village turn right onto the Chalke Valley road.
