"We have loved this flat from the moment we first entered, from the amazing mural in the sun-kissed front patio through to the great views from the rear garden deck, it’s a truly wonderful home with tons of character and charm. We love the spacious rooms and the large windows that keep the flat bright during the day but have beautiful original shutters for the night. It is a quiet and friendly road between picturesque Cotham and vibrant Stokes Croft and it’s been a perfect first home - with plenty of room to let our pup run around, host parties, have family stay and for us both to work from home. There are tons of brilliant brunch spots, independent clothes and food shops, bars, pubs and restaurants (the amazing Bokman is at the end of the street!), and even a few board game cafes all within a few minutes’ walk. We have loved the close proximity of parks and green spaces, with St Andrews Park, Cotham Gardens and St Werburghs just a short walk away and Freemantle Square at the top of the hill for an easy dog walk. We are so sad to be leaving this incredible flat, but are sure it will be the perfect home for anyone!"
