There is a rear lobby area with a downstairs WC which also houses the washer/dryer. French doors lead out to a small courtyard with steps up to a gravelled area and the garage. The garage is ideal for storage and has a useful workbench. It is not suitable for cars.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with a hanging area, a second smaller double bedroom and the bathroom with a shower over the bath.
