The Property
This deceptively large and beautifully presented family home offers great flexibility to meet the needs of any buyer. With an “in and out” gated driveway with an abundance of parking amongst carefully planted gardens, Airedale has a great approach. The ground floor living space has underfloor heating throughout and boasts an abundance of natural light and a generous sense of space. The kitchen features a Range cooker, a large island, a dining area and plenty of space for further seating. Bi fold doors open onto a patio and the beautifully landscaped gardens beyond. Adjoining the kitchen is a cosy family room, which leads through double doors into a versatile gym or office space, featuring a full-height window with views over the rear garden. The utility and wc / shower room complete the kitchen area. The large double aspect living room features a wood-burning stove and enjoys views over the fields.
The bedrooms are arranged over two floors. To the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom ensuite and this adjoins two other rooms that could be adapted to create a ground floor annexe, or office or playroom. Upstairs is a generous main bedroom suite featuring a walk in wardrobe, ensuite shower room, and dressing room. There are two further well-proportioned double bedrooms and a family bathroom that complete the first floor
