Description
Available beginning of July. Suitable for single occupancy only, this 1 bed flat is bright, clean and well laid out. Whilst it is cosy and petite, the space has been designed well and the result is a lovely, neat living space. It comes fully furnished and includes WiFi. Brunswick Road is an amazing location, close to the city centre and easy access to Brighton Station.
What do we love about Brunswick Road? Its an adorable leafy regency road dating back to the 1850's. It's close to the sea front and Hove Lawns and there's more green space just up the road at St Ann's Well Gardens. It's perfect for working in Brighton & Hove centres and also excellent for commuters. There's a brilliant choice of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques on your doorstop. It's easy to access the vibrant buzz of Church Rd or enjoy the serenity and tranquillity of St Ann's Well Gardens. Winston Churchill loved living in Brunswick Rd back in the day, and we are confident you will love it too!
The flat is nestled on the top floor of a lovely friendly building. It's located at the back which has two advantages: it's nice and quiet and gets lots of afternoon sun. It's in great decorative order having recently had a total refurbishment. The open plan kitchen-lounge has been done well and the overall impact is a tasteful and contemporary home. The flat comes fully furnished with WiFi included.
