This beautiful Finca (Country House) is located only 9km from the center of Denia, and 4km from the Portal de Marina Shopping complex. It is nesteled in a beautiful location with spectacular countryside views. 
There are parts of the property which are over 200 years old, though it was reformed in 1974 by an American, who used Moorish influences to inspire the design, after spending much of his career in the Lebanon. These influences can be seen in the Andalusian patio and areas within the house, such as the sunken bath in one of the bathrooms. 
The main property is access through a large naya, with views to the landscaped gardens, which leads you into the first of an open plan loungedining room. From this area there is a large kitchen, with a hallway with a sunken bathroom, and onwards into the library of the house, together with a galleria. There are steps from this room to the upper level where you can find the first of the bedrooms. 
Continuing on the lower level there are two patio areas, one Andalusian, and one which has an outdoor wood fired oven. From this patio there are stairs to the upper level, where there are a further three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

In the gardens of the property there is another property which has been converted into a kitchen and bathroom, and a storage area for all the gardening tools for the extensive gardens. 
The gardens are spectacular, with 3 trees which are over 100 years old, as well as a multitude of fruit trees.
