Our opinion
We find that these Chamonix Sud apartments are the best performing rental investments. Very functional, ideal location and a reasonable purchase price. The apartment is in good rental condition and ready to rent out.

The apartment is situated in Chamonix Sud, close to the centre of Chamonix, and only a few minutes walk from the famous Aiguille du Midi lift, as well as numerous bars and restaurants, and the Chamonix Sud bus stop.
