5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pinch me, this is amazing. We have relocated from the US and wanted to feel the vibrancy and energy of being in the heart of London. Everything is easy and close to get to - by foot, bus, tube or train. There is so much to do in the immediate area that we are getting to know - something for everybody.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Tom and the team are brilliant. They’re massively helpful are super fast and attentive, take ownership and work with us, communicating clearly transparently, about any question or issue we’ve raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Relax. The facilities are top notch and the team is excellent - discuss ideas openly and engage.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a bus stop outside of Corkfield that you can use to head straight to the Bullring. This takes about 10 minutes and is very convenient, providing an excellent variety of shops and restaurants. Across the road is an Aldi, and a bit further down the Bristol road is a larger Sainsbury's if you prefer to do a shop there. Cannon Hill Park is also a 5 minute walk from Corkfield too which is nice if you enjoy short walks. Bin collections are frequent, and from my personal experience, there has never been any sort of anti-social behaviour. Although Corkfield is situated on a busy road, the apartments do a good job at not letting any of the noise in, so it remains quiet inside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had one issue with the electrics tripping in my apartment. Unfortunately, the usual maintenance guy was on holiday, however, the management team made sure to hire someone externally to resolve the problem. Was dealt with quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If there's ever any issues I'd say to flag them to management straight away, they will do what they can to sort it out. Since there are a few people on the management team, it may be worth mentioning to more than one person if the issue is important, just to make sure nothing get by unresolved.

All necessities like shops, parks, transport links are within walking distance. Modern and luxury living with beautiful interior and exterior decor. Never any issues with parking & have not experienced any social behaviour as of yet!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been absolutely fantastic! I have been very indecisive in what apartment was most suitable for me and also changed my mind a few times. Regardless they have been patient and there hasn’t been any problems or concerns that have been raised from my side that they did not immediately respond and resolve. They have been very attentive to my needs as a Disabled person, I feel assured and safe that the team will be there to support me in a case of medical emergency which is the most important thing to me. They are very efficient at what they do and they are all a delight to speak to and be around every time, outstanding management
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was very informed by members is staff through all stages of my application so there is not any hidden information that I can state that I wish I knew

Perfectly located 15 mins walk from the city center, a nice balance as not in the hustle and bustle but easy access.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I havent had any so this one isnt really relevant but i've no doubt that it would be easy to resolve any issues if raised
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The castings is located in ancoats, it’s very close to picadilly station and the city centre. There are lots of nice cafes near by. Another plus is Islington canal which is really nice!! Limited parking unfortunately but some street parking but not reliable
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick to attend to repairs and help with any problems. It’s very easy to get a hold of them
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not as close to the university as I expected and transport links to there aren’t the best
